Coalition Ideas Fair and Showcase 2013
Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to network with your fellow prevention professionals before the start of CADCA’s 23rd National Leadership Forum!
CADCA asked coalitions to consider their greatest strengths and/or successes. Then we asked them to break down the key processes and activities that made them successful. During this 90-minute period, selected coalitions will present to you their responses, all with the goal of proving you with new information and resources to take back to your own community. They are excited to meet you! So come and make new connections, see familiar faces, enjoy the food and the fun activities and get a renewed sense of energy and motivation for substance abuse prevention work.
Be sure to VOTE for the “People’s Choice Award” (your favorite presentation) before you leave! All you need to do is drop by the voting booth in the exhibit hall (you can’t miss it) and write the number of your favorite Ideas Fair presentation on the piece of paper provided and drop it into the voting box. The presentation with the most votes will win a Sony Bloggie Touch hand held camera and will be highlighted in CADCA’s Coalitions Online newsletter. The winner of the “People’s Choice Award” as well as the CADCA picks for “Innovation” and “Best Display” will be announced on Thursday, February 9th at the Members’ Breakfast at 7:30am – 8:30am in the Potomac Ballroom A-B.
