SAMHSA's Prevention Day

This free and exciting one-day event takes place in conjunction with Forum. If you will be attending both Forum and Prevention Day, complete only the Forum registration and select Prevention Day where indicated.
Guest Policy
Guest registration is intended for non-industry family guests, including spouses, partners, and children, accompanying a paid attendee. Guests may attend conference events and designated areas but will not be permitted to attend any training sessions. Anyone attending for professional, networking, educational, exhibitor, sponsor, coalition, or business purposes are required to register at the appropriate conference rate. CADCA reserves the right to review and verify all guest registrations.
Professional Student Rate
To qualify for the Professional Student Rate, students must provide proof of enrollment at the graduate level in an accredited higher learning institution. Applicable areas of study include Public Health, Health Care Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Health Education, Health Services, Healthcare Management, Addiction Studies, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, School Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Human Services, and related programs.

Payment GUIDELINES
- Payments must be postmarked by January 25, 2027.
- Official Purchase Orders (PO) are accepted. Purchase Requisitions are not accepted.
- By submitting a PO, you are guaranteeing payment for the full amount by January 29, 2027.
- For check payment, please make the check payable to CADCA and mail to Attn: CADCA Events, 500 Montgomery Street, Suite 400, Alexandria, VA 22314
- Please include the invoice number(s) or attendee name(s) on your check to ensure your payment is processed properly.
- Important: All outstanding balances must be paid in full by January 29, 2027. Attendees with an unpaid balance after January 29 will not be permitted to attend CADCA’s National Leadership Forum. Hotel reservations associated with unpaid registrations are subject to cancelation if payment is not received by January 29, 2027.
