Reserve your room by January 19, 2026 to guarantee the CADCA group rate. Rooms booked after this date are subject to availability and higher rates may apply.

Instructions for booking your hotel room will be included in your registration confirmation email. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Reservation Policies

  • All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card; the card will not be charged in advance of arrival but must be provided to guarantee reservation.

  • Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged one night’s room and tax.

  • Guests who fail to check in on their scheduled arrival date will also be charged one night’s room and tax.

  • If payment arrangements are not secured upon check-in, the hotel will lock the room until confirmation is provided at the front desk.

  • If you are traveling with a group and a youth attendee will occupy a room alone, please ensure billing arrangements are finalized in advance to avoid on-site issues.

Government Rate

A limited number of rooms are available each night at the federal per diem rate. Federal government, military, or state employees requiring this rate must call the hotel directly at 301-965-2000. A valid government ID is required at check-in.

Important Note

Registration is not required before reserving a room; however, CADCA will cross-check hotel reservations against registered attendees. Room reservations may be canceled if you are not registered for the CADCA Annual National Leadership Forum by December 19, 2025.
