How much does it cost to attend CADCA’s National Leadership Forum?

A signed consent form is required upon registration for all Youth. You can access the consent form here.
How to attend Forum at the member rate?
Purchase a one-year CADCA membership before registering to receive the discounted member rate. Membership also provides eligibility for reduced rates at Forum and next year’s Mid-Year Training Institute.

What is the group registration rate?
Groups of 5 or more active members receive a $100 discount per person on Early-Bird and Advance registration rates ONLY.
To qualify for the group rate:
- All individuals must be part of the same coalition/organization (no exceptions).
- The coalition/organization must be an active CADCA member.
- The group must include at least 5 full-paying individuals (scholarship recipients and speakers do not count).
- All registrations must be submitted at the same time, paid in one transaction, using a single form of payment.
Payment Options
- Visa / MasterCard / AMEX – Log into the Attendee Service Center pay.
- Check / Purchase Order – Mail invoices with check payment ONLY to CADCA at 500 Montgomery Street, Suite 400, Alexandria, VA 22314.
Payment Deadlines:
- Payments must be postmarked by January 16, 2026.
- Official Purchase Orders (POs) are accepted (Purchase Requisitions are not). Submission of a PO guarantees payment of the full amount by January 30, 2026.
Registration Includes:
- Access to all training sessions
- Access to presentations and slide decks (if provided by speakers)
- Access to the event app
- Monday evening reception
- Daily continental breakfast and refreshment breaks
SAMHSA's Prevention Day
Date: Monday, February 2

This free and exciting one-day event takes place in conjunction with Forum. If you will be attending both Forum and Prevention Day, complete only the Forum registration and select Prevention Day where indicated.
Policies & Requirements
Waiver of Liability / Code of Conduct
All attendees must acknowledge CADCA’s Waiver of Liability and Code of Conduct to participate.
Cancellation / Refund / Substitution Policy
Substitutions are free of charge. CADCA has a NO REFUND policy. Cancelations processed by February 2nd can receive a 1-year credit towards a future CADCA training event less a $150 admin fee. Cancelations received after February 2nd, conference no shows, or failures to attend the training event will not receive a 1-year credit towards a future CADCA Signature Event.
