How to attend Forum at the member rate?*

 

Purchase a one-year membership before you register and get the reduced member rate! Become a CADCA member and be eligible for discounted member rates to Forum and next year’s Mid-Year.

What is the group registration rate?
Groups of 5 or more receive a discount on the early-bird and advance registration rates only. The discount is $100 off each registration. 

How do I qualify for the group registration rate?**

· All individuals must be associated with the SAME coalition/organization (no exceptions)

· Coalition/organization must be an active CADCA member

· Group must contain a minimum of 5 FULL-PAYING individuals (scholarship recipients & speakers do not count towards members of the group)

· All members must be registered at the same time & pay in one transaction, using one form of payment.

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

· Visa/Mastercard/AMEX

o Log into the Member Portal to register and pay.

· Check/Purchase Order

· Mail invoices with check payment ONLY to CADCA

 

Payment must be postmarked by January 16, 2025. Official Purchase Orders (PO) are accepted (not Purchase Requisitions) provided the following guidelines are met. If you submit a PO to CADCA, you are guaranteeing payment for the full amount of the PO by January 29th, 2025.

What is SAMHSA’s Prevention Day and how can I register?

This exciting one-day event will convene on Monday, February 3, in conjunction with Forum. Programming will be provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

Although it is a free event, registration is still required. If you are attending both Forum and Prevention Day (PD), only complete the Forum registration and add PD where indicated.

 

Waiver of Liability/Code of Conduct

 

As a requirement to attend a CADCA Training Event, attendees must acknowledge CADCA’s Waiver of Liability and Code of Conduct.

 

What are CADCA’s Cancellation/Refund/Substitution Policies?

All requests for registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail to events@cadca.org by February 1, 2025, and will result in a credit towards a future CADCA Training event.

 

All requests for registration substitutions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to events@cadca.org along with a new and completed registration form. Substitution requests are free of charge. CADCA has a NO REFUND policy. Conference no-shows will NOT receive a refund or credit towards a future CADCA Training Event.
