Is there a parent/guardian consent form to complete?
Yes. A consent form is required for all registered youth ages 18 and under. The form is available during registration in English. Please contact events@cadca.org if you need the form in Spanish. Click here to access the consent form.

Can youth attend Forum without a parent/guardian or adult advisor?
If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied to the Forum by a parent/guardian or adult advisor.
Do all youth attendees need their own chaperone?
No. Adult advisors are not required to attend with their youth. One chaperone may check in and be responsible for multiple youth attendees.

No. All sessions are first-come, first-served. Most sessions will be available at least twice throughout the week.

Can adults attend Youth breakout sessions?
Youth breakout sessions are designed for youth attendees. Adults may attend if accompanying youth, but youth will be given priority.

Business casual for training sessions. Business professional is recommended for Capitol Hill Day.

What should youth bring?
Community data (such as youth survey data, logic model, community assessment), if available, and any costumes/props for the dance.

Do youth follow the same schedule as adults?
Most sessions and lunch times align, but youth also have additional activities, including the Opening Plenary and Meet Up & Chill on Monday evening and the annual dance on Wednesday.
